We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy Real Estate Agent. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Real Estate Agent
- Manage calendars, appointments, and property viewings
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to clients, leads, and prospects
- Maintain and update property listings and CRM systems
- Coordinate documentation, contracts, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with marketing materials and property advertisements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate is essential
- Confident in making a high volume of calls daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused
