Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy Real Estate Agent. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Real Estate Agent
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and property viewings
  • Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to clients, leads, and prospects
  • Maintain and update property listings and CRM systems
  • Coordinate documentation, contracts, and compliance paperwork
  • Assist with marketing materials and property advertisements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate is essential
  • Confident in making a high volume of calls daily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Professional, presentable, and client-focused
