We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Compliance & Invoicing to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations with a focus on compliance documentation, invoicing, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain and update internal records and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding documentation and billing matters
- Follow up on missing documents and pending approvals
- Ensure all files are complete and properly maintained
- Identify compliance risks and escalate when necessary
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners regarding compliance matters
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, compliance support, invoicing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in English
