Administrative Assistant Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Terrafirma Solutions

Provide administrative and clerical support to the engineering team.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence (emails, calls, reports).
Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and project documents.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Handle procurement requests, office supplies, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for project needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Knowledge of engineering documentation and project coordination is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
