Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and organize files.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for executives.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in Urdu or other Pakistani languages.
