Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and presentations for the sales team.
Prepare and follow up on regular reports; update data for clients, sales representatives, and supervisors.
Collect customer‑related data from sales representatives and accurately enter it into the system.
Assist in organizing sales‑related documents and files.
Communicate with relevant parties and track requests through to completion.
Liaise with other departments to ensure the sales team’s needs are met.
Support the team in preparing quotations and managing administrative follow‑ups.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
English proficiency is a plus.
