Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Legal Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and supporting effective communication between internal teams and clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare daily hearing updates and ensure timely approval and submission.
Compile and finalize monthly case reports for client delivery.
Prepare detailed audit reports upon request from clients.
Archive Power of Attorney (POA) documents in both physical and digital formats.
Organize and maintain a secure, accessible filing system for legal documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a law firm or legal department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with document management and basic legal procedures is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative qualification preferred.
