Role
As an Administrative & Operations Coordinator, you’ll ensure seamless office operations and administrative efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating deliveries, handling inquiries, maintaining inventory, and supporting financial processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining Nakashi Lighting’s reputation for precision and excellence.

Salary: AED 3,500-4,500 per month

Accountabilities
Manage Excel documents such as Sample submissions, Petty Cash, Sales Commissions; Target: 0 discrepancies in Excel documentation.
Use Zoho Suite: CRM to prepare Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes; Books for Inventory Tracking and Petty Cash expenses; Target: 98% accuracy in documents generated.
Handle inbound inquiries via calls/email, schedule meetings, and manage calendars; Target: 24-hour response time to inquiries; 100% calendar accuracy.
Arrange vendor/customer deliveries, verify quantities/models, and submit samples; Target: 100% accuracy in delivery verification and delivery rate.
Maintain cleanliness and organise workspace; Target: 100% workspace organisation compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries via email/phone with professionalism.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records (Excels)
Coordinate deliveries and sample submissions with meticulous follow-ups.
Manage inventory tracking and reordering.
Generate and maintain documents using Zoho Suite (CRM and Books).
Requirements
3 years of administrative/operations experience.
Fluency in English (written/spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
Details
Probation period: 6 months
Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based)
Work hours: 9am to 6pm
Days: Mondays to Fridays
