The Administrative Specialist & HR Support is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and providing human resources support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating HR functions, handling employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Office Management
Supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts.
Oversee document control, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to administration.
Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Handle employee benefits administration and welfare programs.
Address employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics, administration, and operational activities.
Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and administration functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administration and HR support roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and administrative best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Work Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional travel as required.
May require extended hours during peak administrative or HR activities.
