Duties & Responsibilities:
. Provides comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
· Handles incoming calls and other communications, greetings clients and visitors, as well as managing email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensures the efficient and organized management of files and databases pertinent to the operations of the business.
· Assists with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive manager.
· Oversee the maintenance of office/shops facilities and equipment, and ensure the procurement of office supplies is in line with the company’s budget and requirements,
Experience:
– 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator
Proficiency in English is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
