Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin & Store Officer to support our construction operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties and managing store/inventory activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Manage store operations including receiving and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
- Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure material availability
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (construction industry preferred)
- Good knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
