Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin & Store Officer to support our construction operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties and managing store/inventory activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks and documentation
  • Manage store operations including receiving and issuing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper filing systems
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure material availability

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (construction industry preferred)
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping
