We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin / Sales Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, administrative knowledge, and basic sales coordination experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Assist sales team with reporting and customer communication
- Manage emails, calls, and office correspondence
Requirements
- Previous experience in Administration or Sales Support preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
