We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin / Sales Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, administrative knowledge, and basic sales coordination experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers
  • Follow up on enquiries, orders, and payments
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Assist sales team with reporting and customer communication
  • Manage emails, calls, and office correspondence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Administration or Sales Support preferred
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
