Job Title: Document Controller for Construction Contracting Company
We are hiring an experienced Document Controller to join our team at a leading Construction & Contracting Company.
The role involves managing and organizing all project documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and easily accessible to support project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are properly logged and stored.
Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with company and project-specific standards.
Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, and reports.
Maintain an efficient document management system for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
Handle document distribution and ensure proper record keeping.
Maintain version control of documents and ensure that the latest documents are in circulation.
Prepare reports and document-related correspondence for management and stakeholders.
Assist in tracking document-related requests and help resolve any issues or discrepancies related to project documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 Year UAE Experience as Document Controller in construction or contracting industry.
Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of industry-specific documentation standards and practices.
Relevant degree or certification is preferred.
Salary: 2,500 AED – 5,000 AED per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
