Admin Officer (Female) Jobs in Dubai at Al Merkaz General Trading

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed safety inspection reports and communicate findings to the site supervisors and management team.
Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety protocols on-site.
Develop and implement safety programs and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
Investigate and document any accidents or near-misses on-site and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety audits and ensure that safety records are kept up to date.
Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure safety protocols are integrated into daily operations.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively address safety issues with employees and management.
Ability to recognize and evaluate safety hazards and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
