We’re Hiring: Admin Officer (Immediate Joining)

Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE
Atom Alloys FZE is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team immediately.
Key Requirements
- Valid UAE Spouse Visa (or own visa)
- Available for immediate joining
- Currently residing in Sharjah or Ajman (preferred due to office location)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE administrative experience
- Good knowledge of Free Zone regulations, procedures, and compliance, preferably within Hamriyah Free Zone or other UAE Free Zones
- Experience in logistics coordination, including shipment documentation, import/export processes, and liaising with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation
- Coordinate with Free Zone authorities for company-related applications and renewals
- Prepare and manage shipping and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
- Maintain company records, filing systems, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Salary & Benefits
- AED 3,000 per month (based on experience)
