Job Summary:
The Admin Manager is responsible for managing the facilities, equipment, and office setup for all company branches across Saudi Arabia. This includes maintaining and improving office spaces, buying and replacing furniture and equipment, and handling renovations. The role also involves working with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring all branches meet company standards. Frequent travel to different locations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office maintenance, renovations, and improvements across all branches.
Plan and set up new branches, ensuring they are fully equipped and ready for operations.
Regularly check branch conditions, including furniture, equipment, and overall workspace setup.
Buy and replace office furniture, chairs, desks, and other necessary items.
Work with vendors to get the best prices for office supplies, decorations, and renovations.
Improve office designs and layouts to create a comfortable and professional work environment.
Make sure all branches follow a standard office setup and branding.
Prepare and manage budgets for branch improvements and equipment purchases.
Monitor expenses to keep costs under control.
Coordinate with branch managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Ensure that all office spaces follow local regulations, health, and safety standards.
Handle urgent maintenance and repair requests to avoid work disruptions.
Travel regularly to inspect branch conditions, oversee renovations, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Requirements:
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in facility management, office administration.
Strong skills in managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
Experience in buying office furniture, handling renovations, and improving workspaces.
Ability to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of budget planning and cost control.
Understanding of health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
