Full job description

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they sign in and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery.
Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are always tidy and presentable.
Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resource.
Support various departments with special projects, events, and tasks.
Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate conference room bookings, and arrange catering as required.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative role is required
Experience into Construction or Manpower Industry is preferred.
Neat and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Available to Join Immediately (preferred)
