  • Issue and track invoices, POs, and SOAs
  • Follow up on client payments and maintain clear status tracking
  • Execute bank transfers (suppliers, freelancers, etc.)
  • Track project-level cash flow across multiple jobs
  • Monitor budget vs actuals per project
  • Maintain organized financial records per production
  • Follow up on payments, documents, and approvals
  • Keep a clear tracking of project statuses and outstanding items
  • Support general admin tasks across projects and company operations
