- Manage accounts payable & receivable (suppliers, crew, agencies)
- Issue and track invoices, POs, and SOAs
- Follow up on client payments and maintain clear status tracking
- Execute bank transfers (suppliers, freelancers, etc.)
- Track project-level cash flow across multiple jobs
- Monitor budget vs actuals per project
- Maintain organized financial records per production
- Follow up on payments, documents, and approvals
- Keep a clear tracking of project statuses and outstanding items
- Support general admin tasks across projects and company operations
