What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- Manage work orders, maintenance requests, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain asset registers, documentation, and compliance records.
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Process purchase requests, invoices, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and cost tracking summaries.
- Update and maintain CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Support inventory and spare parts management.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience in facility management or administrative roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
