Job Description
We are a Dubai-based company with 18 years of experience in the Telecom industry. We are seeking an Admin Executive cum Front Desk Admin to handle daily administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact. This role combines front desk responsibilities with office administration to ensure smooth operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required.
Manage company vehicle logistics.
Prepare documents such as invoices, LPOs, quotations, and admin & HR letters.
Manage driver salaries using Excel.
Oversee asset management.
Handle petty cash and record transactions.
Manage stock inventory.
Maintain office administrative tasks and upkeep.
Manage office IT assets (laptops, printers).
Support HR and Finance departments with data entry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professionalism and confidentiality.
Immediate availability and proven experience in administrative or front desk roles.
