We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum Sales Coordinator to support our daily office operations and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries via phone/email
  • Manage customer database and update CRM systems
  • Track sales orders and ensure timely processing
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain proper filing systems and office documents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in admin or sales coordination role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
  • Well-organized and responsible

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
