We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum Sales Coordinator to support our daily office operations and assist the sales team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
- Prepare invoices, reports, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with clients and respond to inquiries via phone/email
- Manage customer database and update CRM systems
- Track sales orders and ensure timely processing
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain proper filing systems and office documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in admin or sales coordination role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
- Well-organized and responsible
preferables for Indians
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
