Job Responsibilities

This position involves managing and overseeing the procurement process with a specific focus on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and master service agreements (MSAs). The job holder must ensure that these agreements are efficiently and effectively handled, meeting the quality standards and specifications required. Regardless of the below responsibilities, the team is looking for someone with the right attitude, who can learn fast and get things done with as much autonomy as possible. Core Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for managing NDAs and MSAs, working with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.

Support the preparation and review of NDAs and MSAs to ensure all details are accurately captured and compliant with company policies.

Evaluate vendor proposals and bids, providing recommendations to the business for NDAs and MSAs.

Identify and maintain a list of potential vendors with the capability to meet the company’s NDA and MSA requirements.

Build and develop relationships with key vendors to ensure compliance and effective management of NDAs and MSAs.

Maintain and update records of NDAs and MSAs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Support negotiations to secure favorable terms in NDAs and MSAs.

Ensure alignment with company policies and negotiated terms and conditions when issuing NDAs and MSAs.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track the progress of NDAs and MSAs and measure against procurement plan progress.

Develop and implement vendor selection criteria and standards to ensure the optimum quality of services and resources are provided cost-effectively.

Track and report the performance of vendors in relation to NDAs and MSAs to the Head of Procurement.

Provide overall support to the business through effective customer service on all matters related to NDAs and MSAs, enhancing governance.
