We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Coordinator to manage daily operations related to inspection scheduling and quotations.

 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inspection schedules with engineers and clients

Follow up with clients for confirmations and updates

Prepare and send quotations accurately and on time

Maintain proper records of jobs, schedules, and communications

Coordinate internally with accounts and operations team

 Requirements:

Experience in administration or coordination (preferred)

Good communication skills (English required)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow deadlines

Basic knowledge of Excel / MS Office

Experience in inspection/certification industry is a plus
