Job Description:

As a Sales & Warehouse Support Specialist, you will wear two hats—promoting and selling musical instruments over the phone, while also supporting the warehouse with packing, dispatch, logistics, and inventory management. You will be responsible for both reaching out to potential customers and ensuring our products are delivered efficiently to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:Telesales Specialist:

Build relationships with customers by understanding their musical instrument needs and recommending appropriate products.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
Close sales and meet sales targets.

Warehouse Support:

Ensure accurate and efficient packing of musical instruments for dispatch.
Oversee shipping logistics and assist with the dispatch of customer orders.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock control to ensure product availability.
Organize and streamline warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of musical instruments and their features.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience, ideally in telesales.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for warehouse support.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
