We are looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator with experience in handling customer complaints and facility maintenance. The role involves overseeing daily FM operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring quick resolution of facility-related issues. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FM operations and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
Work with service providers, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality service.
Keep records of maintenance activities, contracts, and compliance documents.
Handle customer complaints related to facility issues.
Investigate and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
Communicate resolutions clearly and escalate issues when needed.
Identify ways to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all FM operations follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and take corrective actions when needed.
Promote safety awareness and preventive maintenance.
Maintain reports on FM activities, complaints, and resolutions.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FM coordination and complaint resolution within Real Estate Sector.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficiency in FM software and reporting tools. (CAFM/CMMS).
Must have a Valid UAE Driving License and a Car
