Admin Assistant/Secretary Jobs in Abu Dhabi at 5PL Logistics Solutions

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Management:

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
To maintain and update all documents and keep orderly complete and categorize for easy accessibility to specific records (electronic and manual).
Coordinate Meetings. Prepares agenda and make arrangement for staffs or other meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Responsible for preparing documents, minutes of meeting, emails and memos.
All incoming mail to be registered
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies through receiving and distributing communications; maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Providing support to other departments
Perform other related work assigned from time to time.

Operations:

Perform general entry using SAP / ERP system, on posting and Billing Tax Invoice vs Customers LPO, posting, generates Invoice & Credit Note
Create financial transactions including posting information to accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier debit notes.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Create financial transactions, including posting invoices, cash receipts, and supplier debit notes.
Generated record and report day to day transactions and completed the posting process
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s in Business Administration
Minimum Years of Experience Required
2 years of experience in similar role
Nature of Relevant Experience Required
At least 3 years plus experience working in an admin role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
