Zmakan Technical Solutions is looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Assistant / Reception to join our team. The candidate will provide general office support, manage reception duties, and assist in daily administrative operations.

Main responsibilities include data entry and general clerical tasks, handling petty cash, managing office utilities and purchases, and assisting team members with various administrative tasks. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating small errands and office-related tasks outside the office when required.

A valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory. Strong attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills are essential. Male candidates are preferred.
