Hiring: Admin Assistant / Receptionist
We are hiring an Admin Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations and front‑desk management. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive.
Requirements:
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable about CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred)
- Familiar with UAE real estate projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Freshers are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Drive
- Professional appearance and customer‑service mindset
Responsibilities:
- Front‑desk and visitor management
- Handling calls, emails, and inquiries
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Document preparation and filing
- Supporting HR and operations with admin tasks
- Maintaining an organized reception and office environment
