Admin Assistant / Front Desk – Residential Building Job Description
Position Title: Admin Assistant / Front Desk Officer
Reports To: Property Manager / Building Manager
Job Summary
The Admin Assistant / Front Desk Officer is responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, assisting residents and visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the residential building.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Welcome residents, visitors, contractors, and guests professionally.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and access records.
- Coordinate visitor access and building entry procedures.
Resident Relations
- Respond to residents’ requests, complaints, and service inquiries.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
- Assist residents with building-related information and procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and tenants.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Update resident databases and contact information.
- Assist in preparing notices, circulars, and announcements.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with maintenance teams, security staff, cleaning staff, and contractors.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management.
- Follow up on work orders and service requests.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated.
- Support compliance with building policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
