We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of commerce and accounting principles. The PRO will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships between the company and the public, clients, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations t: Manage communication between the organization and external stakeholders, government agencies, and the public.
Arabic Communication: Use Arabic language skills to handle communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective exchanges.
Corporate Image & Branding: Develop strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation in the market, organizing events and public campaigns as needed.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with clients and stakeholders. Assist in preparing reports related to media coverage and public perception.
Account Handling & Coordination: Provide administrative support related to accounts, such as tracking financial communications and helping with basic accounting duties.
Liaison & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the business community, helping to promote the company’s activities and initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Basic Commerce/Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting practices and financial documentation.
Proven Experience: Previous experience in public relations, office administration, or customer service is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: A proactive approach with strong attention to detail in documentation and communication.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
