  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth operations across departments.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Support preparation of business documents, reports, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update online registrations and databases.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with projects and tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
