Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and managing projects across multiple platforms. He/she will assist in digital marketing efforts while contributing to broader marketing initiatives across the group. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to enhance their skills, and looking to grow within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media
Assist in executing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery of content.
Engage with followers, monitor brand mentions, and actively contribute to community management across social media platforms.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
2. Marketing Support
Research market trends and insights to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Assist in preparing monthly marketing performance reports.
Support ad-hoc marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with other business divisions to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
An eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and creativity.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently structure tasks.
