We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accountant to join our team and support our daily administrative and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflows.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Accounting Duties:
Handle employee salaries, bonuses, and incentives through the WPS.
Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and payroll.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate tax
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable about VAT and corporate tax.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Language: English&Tagalog
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
