ADAC Coordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Kalyon Holding
•Coordinate the submission, review, tracking, and closure of Permit to Work (PTW) applications.
•Ensure all required supporting documents are submitted, including Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), drawings, work schedules, competency certificates, calibration certificates, and NOCs.
•Liaise with Abu Dhabi Airports CP&C department to obtain approvals from Engineering, HSE, AVSEC, Airside Operations, ANS, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals.
•Verify that all permits comply with airport PTW procedures, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
•Monitor permit validity and ensure permits are renewed or closed before expiry.
•Attend coordination meetings with airport authorities, consultants, and contractors.
•Maintain PTW logs, approval registers, and document control records.
•Ensure work activities comply with approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and permit conditions.
•Assist in resolving permit-related issues and facilitate timely approval of work activities.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PTW status reports for project management.
•Maintain records of permits, approvals, inspections, and correspondence for audit purposes.
•Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Airports Contractor Management Procedures and applicable OSHAD/ADOSH requirements.
