Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Acrylic Fabricator with hands-on experience in acrylic fabrication, laser cutting, and computer-based design. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating acrylic laser cutting machines, preparing production files, and fabricating high-quality acrylic products for various commercial and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate acrylic laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and modify cutting files using computer design software.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, polish, bend, and finish acrylic products to a high standard.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in acrylic fabrication.
- Experience operating acrylic laser cutting machines.
- Proficiency in computer-based design software such as CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
- Ability to prepare laser cutting files and optimize material usage.
- Experience in acrylic polishing, bending, gluing, and assembly.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CNC routing for acrylic is an added advantage.
- Experience in signage, retail display, exhibition, or joinery manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
Pay: AED1.00 per hour
