Accounts Receivable Executive Jobs in Sharjah at AL SHAFAQ AUTO SPARE PARTS TR LLC
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE, holding a valid spouse visa preferred and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on outstanding cash and cheque payments
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection of dues, including cheque pickups and payment confirmations
- Track and manage cheque collections, deposits, and clearance status
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients for payment follow-ups
- Record receipts and accurately allocate cash and cheque payments in the accounting system
- Reconcile customer accounts and promptly resolve any payment discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation of all collections, including receipts, deposit records, and audit trails
- Prepare regular reports on receivables status, aging summaries, and weekly collection updates
- Act as the primary point of contact for receivable and billing-related queries
- Support the accounts team with day-to-day activities related to receivables and collections
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of receivables, collections, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
