Position: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Supervisor (AR & AP Supervisor)
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
Oversee treasury operations and maintain cash flow.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts.
Liaise with banks to manage facilities and transactions.
Supervise the accounts receivable team and collections.
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
Develop and enforce credit policies.
Optimize the receivables process to improve cash flow.
Monitor customer accounts to minimize overdue payments.
Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to receivables.
Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience in the FMCG or water sector.
