Accounts Payable Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Chinese Palace Restaurant Group
We are looking for a Pastry chef to be responsible for the creation, decoration & presentation of bakes & dessert such as cakes, cookies, pastry, bread, and chocolates and must adhere to high health and safety standards inside the kitchen and when preparing and displaying items. We expect our chefs to have the passion, qualification interest and most importantly team work skills.
Tasks include:
o Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, bread, pastry up to the standards, following recipes provided by the company.
o Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.
o Come up with new and exciting dessert recipes every season to engage customers.
o Decorate pastries in a professional and clean way as per the company standard.
o Monitor & order stocks for baking ingredients from the approved suppliers.
o Monitor and check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used in baking, and report any damages.
o Maintain an orderly and clean preparation and cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
o Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
The pastry chef should have a good amount of previous experience or chefs training course along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate and work efficiently within the team with a positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated spirit as well as the ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage high order and stressful times professionally.
