Position: Real Estate Team Leader

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to guide and inspire a team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, a proven track record in sales, and leadership skills to drive team performance and achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals. And foster positive work environment.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback on team progress.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence. By providing support and guidance to the agents to close deals
Training & Development:
Organize and lead regular training sessions to improve agents’ knowledge and skills. And keep the team updated on the market trends
Operational Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the real estate team, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist with high-value or complex transactions and provide expertise to clients.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure the team adheres to local real estate laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience 2 year in real estate sales, with a successful track record.
At least 1 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property laws, and local regulations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software, real estate platforms, and other tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid real estate license – RERA
