About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Accounts & Marketing Executive to handle a dual role involving basic accounting functions and product marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining routine accounts while actively supporting product promotion, branding, market visits, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle petty cash transactions and basic cash management.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department / Auditor for required reports and documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and basic MIS reporting.
B. Marketing Responsibilities
- Promote company products in the local market.
- Assist in product marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate product displays, sampling, and in-store promotional activities.
- Visit customers, retail outlets, distributors, and business partners as assigned.
- Support social media and marketing communication activities where required.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Help strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships in Jeddah and nearby areas.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting, marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of product marketing, branding, promotion, and customer interaction.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Mandatory Requirement
- Valid driving license and ability to drive in Saudi Arabia is compulsory.
- Arabic speaking people required
- Willingness to travel locally within Jeddah for customer visits and marketing activities.
Pay: Up to ﷼4,000.00 per month
