Position: Require an Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounting operations across multiple group companies
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Monitor profitability, project costs, client invoicing, collections, and overall financial performance
- Oversee payroll, WPS, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and Qatar regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and business growth
Requirements
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience managing multi-entity finance operations
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused professional
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software
