The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience in our pharmacy retail business during night shifts. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency. The agent will also support order processing, coordinate with pharmacists, and handle basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and professional customer support, addressing queries related to products, prescriptions, and store policies.
Order Processing: Handle online and in-store orders, ensuring accuracy in packaging and timely dispatch.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating cases to the pharmacist or supervisor when necessary.
Inventory & Stock Support: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and coordinate with the pharmacy team for product availability.
Compliance & Documentation: Follow pharmacy policies, maintain records of transactions and customer interactions, and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Coordination with Pharmacists: Ensure customer medication-related inquiries are directed to the pharmacist for expert guidance.
Emergency Handling: Assist in addressing urgent customer needs, ensuring service continuity during night hours.
Reporting: Maintain logs of customer complaints, feedback, and night shift operational concerns for management review.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or retail environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a background in healthcare or pharmacy is a plus.
Languages knowns : English, Hindi, Arabic (is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Work Conditions:
Night shift availability is mandatory
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage workload independently
(One of our 24 hour pharmacy which is nearby to your stay will be the work location)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
