Position: Accounts & Admin Executive [ Female ]

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Possession of a professional accounting designation is highly desirable.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting.

Languages:

English is a must; fluent level.

Core Skills &

Competencies:

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Strong analytical and

problem-solving

abilities.

Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

.

An enthusiastic multitask person, who can efficiently handle the workload and work under pressure.

Organized,

problem-solving

-oriented, efficient team player.

Knowledge of ERP software.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure that the company’s accounting system is up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis.

Enter financial transactions into the system.

Prepare monthly reconciliation statements of all bank accounts.

Maintain all accounts related files.

Make routine financial reports/summaries on a weekly and monthly basis.

Prepare VAT returns and timely submissions of VAT statements to FTA.Maintain Company, Staff, Vehicle, Vendors & other relevant documents.

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.

Facilitate

communication

between management, employees and customers.

Provide support for performance management processes.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
