Job Description: As a Real Estate Consultant at Property Solvers, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver top-tier real estate services. Your role will involve engaging with clients, showcasing properties, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process. We are seeking A-players who can hit the ground running, achieving and exceeding sales targets from the start.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively source new clients through marketing, advertising, and networking.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
Deal Negotiation: Successfully negotiate property deals, ensuring both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including regular follow-ups and care calls to maintain client relationships.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and deeds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Market Research: Explore and research local neighborhoods to provide clients with detailed insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of real estate experience in the UAE. Fresh graduates with a passion for real estate are also welcome to apply.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Licenses: Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred) and Broker’s License (preferred).
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (required).
