We're Hiring | Accounting Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and lead the accounting team.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support external and internal audits and address audit findings.
• Oversee tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA are considered an advantage.
