We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Officer with at least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry to ensure the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards at our hotel in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce hygiene practices across all departments (housekeeping, kitchen, food service).
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Develop and deliver staff training on hygiene and safety protocols.
Review and manage cleaning schedules and ensure proper use of cleaning materials.
Prepare for health inspections and assist with audits.
Report and address any hygiene violations promptly.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and health regulations in Dubai
Ability to conduct training and ensure staff compliance.
