Key Responsibilities
- Treasury & Banking Operations
- Manage daily cash flow, monitor bank balances, and prepare regular liquidity forecasts.
- Execute and oversee banking operations, including domestic and international wire transfers.
- Process and manage the Wage Protection System (WPS) payroll to ensure compliant and timely salary disbursements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, from invoice receipt to payment execution.
- Verify, code, and process vendor invoices in the ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate variances, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with local tax regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support tax audits and assessments.
- Financial Reporting & Systems Management
- Record and post journal entries in SAP accurately and on schedule.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create financial models, variance analysis reports, and ad-hoc management reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by providing accurate financial data.

Work Experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., FI/MM modules).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and tax compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with treasury management and WPS.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll requirements.
