Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager with an IT background to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling lead management, tracking team interactions with clients, and ensuring proper follow-ups. The role requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize the CRM for better efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee the complete functionality of the CRM software, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting any technical issues.
Lead Management: Track, organize, and update leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and categorization.
Interaction Tracking: Maintain records of all client interactions made by the team, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Follow-up Monitoring: Ensure the team follows up with clients regularly and according to set guidelines.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on lead status, team performance, and client follow-ups for management review.
Process Optimization: Identify areas of improvement in CRM usage and suggest automation or workflow enhancements.
Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure CRM data is secure, regularly backed up, and complies with company policies.
Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to the team on CRM usage and best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience in CRM software management (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
· Strong knowledge of lead tracking, follow-up processes, and data management.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to analyze reports and suggest improvements.
· Good communication skills to coordinate with the team effectively.
