Job Title: Accountant/Warehouse manger
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE),Saudi Arabia(KSA)
Responsibilities for Accountant
Manage financial records and transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Responsibilities for warehouse manger
Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Oversee the unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
Coordinate the movement of goods between different areas of the warehouse.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
track and resolve shipping issues such as delays or damaged goods.
Oversee the use of warehouse management software preferd (Daftra)software
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.or Managment
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Daftra and other accounting software.
Excellent skills in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Residing in Dubai is preferred.
Nationality: Only Arabic nationals will be considered.
