American Aesthetic is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, regulations, and requirements.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and tax-related accounting procedures.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Manage daily accounting transactions and financial entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
- Assist with VAT-related records, filings, and compliance.
- Monitor expenses, invoices, payments, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
